Where one existing wall had a desk and closet separated by a
bearing wall left from an old addition, a unified built-in
look was used. The built-in ac duct is visible just below the
crown moulding. The window area was enlarged by installing a
focal window, flanked by open shelves to expand the width of
the room. The result is a room that is not only spacious but
also
warm and inviting.
